| 摘 要： | 目的了解农村订单定向医学生（又称＂免费医学生＂）的职业规划现状,分析存在的问题,为更好的开展免费医学生培养提出合理的建议.方法对100名免费医学生进行问卷调查和对20名学生进行个人深入访谈.结果免费医学生选择该专业的主要原因是经济和就业原因,分别占39%和30%;免费医学生没有明确的学习目标;79%的调查对象没有明确的职业规划;且长期、终身从事基层卫生服务的观念淡薄.结论建议政府、学校、用人单位、社会等多方面共同努力,引导免费医学生树立正确的职业规划.
