| 摘 要： | 目的研究儿童过敏性紫癜合并头痛的中枢神经系统受损情况.方法将117例儿童过敏性紫癜中并发头痛的57例作为头痛组,60例无头痛的病例作为对照组,两组均常规行脑电图检查.结果头痛组57例中48例发现脑电图异常,对照组60例中29例脑电图异常,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论对过敏性紫癜合并头痛的患儿常规行脑电图检查,可早期发现中枢神经系统损害. |
