正常妊娠妇女、妊娠期高血压及妊娠期糖尿病患者血脂变化的探讨

目的研究正常妊娠妇女、妊娠高血压疾病及妊娠期糖尿病患者的血脂变化.方法选择正常未孕妇女48例,正常孕妇101例,妊娠高血压疾病68例,妊娠期糖尿病48例,分别测定其血脂水平.结果正常妊娠及妊娠期糖尿病的各项血脂总胆固醇(totalcholesterol,TC)、甘油三脂(triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(highdensitylipoproteincholesterol,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low-densitylipoproteincholesterol,LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A(apolipoproteinA,ApoA)和载脂蛋白B(apolipoproteinB,ApoB)均比正常未孕妇女升高(P<0.05),差异有显著性.妊娠高血压疾病组除HDL-C外,其余各项均比正常未孕妇女升高(P<0.05),妊娠高血压组与正常妊娠组比较,前者HDL-C和ApoA降低(P<0.05).妊娠期糖尿病和正常妊娠组比较,ApoA降低(P<0.05),子痫前期HDL-C较妊娠高血压降低,而ApoB较妊娠高血压升高(P<0.05).结论血脂代谢异常可能在妊娠高血压疾病和妊娠期糖尿病的发病中起一定作用.

Analysis of Serum Lipid and Apolipoprotein Levels in Normotnsive Women, PIH Women and GDM Women

Objective To investigate the serum lipid and apolipoprotein level in normotensive women, pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) and gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) women. Methods 48 non-pregnant subjects and 101 normotensive pregnant subjects, 68 subjects with PIH and 48 subjects with GDM were collected. Levels of serum lipid and apolipoprotein in each group were measured respectively. Results (1)Serum TC; TG;HDL-C;LDL-C; ApoA and ApoB in normotensive pregnant women and GDM patients were higher than that in non-pregnant group(P<0.05). (2)Except HDL-C, serum lipid and apolipoprotein level were increased in women with PIH, when compared with non-pregnant group (P<0.05).(3) When compared with normotensive pregnant group, HDL-C and ApoA level in PIH group are dedreased(P<0.05).(4)Serum ApoA in GDM group is lower than that of the normotensive group (P<0.05). (5) When compared with PIH patients, serum HDL-C level in pre-eclampsia patients is lower, but ApoB level is higher.Conclusion The changes of serum lipid and apolipoprotein levels in PIH and GDM may play a role in the pathogenesis of these two diseases.
