弥勒县居民头发中微量元素含量分析

采用电感耦和高频等离子体原子发射光谱法（ＩＣＰ＝ＡＥＳ）测定弥勒县弥阳、竹园、西三３个乡５－６０岁１１９例健康康居民头发中２０种微量元素的含量。结果表明：锌、铜、铬、硒、锑、钡、铝、铅、砷、钛、镉、钒在发中的含量相对稳定，波动较小，直线相狗析表明膳食中锌含量和发锌水平呈直线正相关（ｒ＝０．３３，Ｐ〈０．０１），儿童青少年发锌水平明显低于成年人（Ｐ〈０．０５）；不同地理环境居民发硒含量不同（Ｐ〈０．

The Analysis of Hair Trace Elements of Dwellers in Milei County

The inductance coupling poly frequency ion atomic emission spectrometricmethod(ICP/AES)was applied to the analysis of 20 hair trace elements among 119 healthypeople aged from 6 to 60 at three townships,Miyan,Zuyan and Shisan in Milei County.The re-sult demonstrated a relative stability and slight fluctuation in their hair contents of Zn,Cu,Cr,Se,Sb,Ba,Al,Pb,As,Ti,Cd and V.Linear correlation analysis indicated as follows:Zncontent in diet was directly correlated with that in hair(r=0.33,P<0.01);Zn content in hairwas significantly lower in the hair of children and adolescents than in that of adults;Se content inhair varied with geographical environment,and was lower and close to that of Keshan diseasearea among the local residents at both Zuyuan and Shisan.
