案例教学方法在临床肿瘤学教学中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨案例教学方法在肿瘤学教学中的效果及应用价值.方法 94名学生作为研究对象分别采用案例教学方法及传统教学方法进行教学,分别对学生成绩、学生对授课满意度等方面进行评价,对听课教师进行问卷调查.结果 使用案例教学方法组(实验组)和传统教学组(对照组)相比理论成绩有统计学差异(P〈0.05),实验组满意度调查高于对照组,有统计学意义(P〈0.05),教学督导专家及教研组教师评价中显示案例教学方法组在学生对课堂内容掌握、能否调动学生积极性、授课效果、能否激发学生学习兴趣等方面和传统教学组有统计学差异(P〈0.05).结论 案例教学方法可以提高医学本科生的临床肿瘤学教学效果.

The application value of the case teaching method in the teaching of clinical oncology
Abstract:Objective To explorethe application value of the case teaching method in clinical oneology. Methods 94 students were enrolled in the research and received case teaching method and traditional teaching method respectively. Evaluated the teaching satisfaction and other aspects from student, student evaluation, conducted a questionnaire survey of teachers. Results The differencesof academic record between case teaching method group( experimental group) and traditional teaching group (control group) present statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Satisfaction rate of experimental group was higher than control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The work of supervision experts and research group proved that grasp of class, mobilizitionofthe enthusiasm of students, the teaching effect and stimulation of students'interest in learning for experimenta/groupovermatched the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The ease teaching method can improve the teaching effect for medical students in clinical ontology teaching.
