| 摘 要： | 目的:研究卷柏中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:采用浸泡提取法、回流提取法和超声波提取法对卷柏总黄酮进行提取,采用紫外分光光度法对卷柏提取物总黄酮的含量进行测定确定卷柏总黄酮的提取工艺。结果:三种方法所得总黄酮的提取率分别为0.54%、0.97%、1.46%,超声波提取法所得总黄酮的提取率最高。结论:超声波提取可作为卷柏的提取工艺。
