护理责任制分层管理对临床护理质量及护理工作满意度的影响

目的:探讨护理责任制分层管理对临床护理质量及护理工作满意度的影响。方法:选择30名临床护士作为研究对象,比较实施护理责任制分层管理前(2018年1月至6月)与实施护理责任制分层管理后(2018年7月至12月)护士护理质量、患者或者家属满意度状况。结果:管理后,护士病房管理、操作技术、护理文书质量评分高于管理前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者对护理工作满意度评分高于管理前,护理管理模式、工作积极性提升、能力提升满意度评分高于管理前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理责任制分层管理可提升临床护理质量及护理工作满意度。

Effects of hierarchical management of the nursing responsibility system on clinical nursing quality and nursing service satisfaction

Objective:To explore effects of hierarchical management of the nursing responsibility system on clinical nursing quality and nursing service satisfaction.Methods:30 clinical nurses were selected as the research objects.The nursing quality and patients’or family members’satisfaction before(January to June 2018)and after(July to December 2018)the implementation of the hierarchical management of the nursing responsibility system were compared.Results:After the management,the scores of the nurses’ward management,operating technique,and nursing document quality were higher than those before the management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the management,the patients’satisfaction scores on the nursing service were higher than those before the management;the scores of the nursing management mode,motivation improvement and ability improvement satisfaction were higher than those before the management;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The hierarchical management of the nursing responsibility system can improve the clinical nursing quality and the nursing service satisfaction.
