强迫症患者血浆催产素水平与强迫症状严重程度关系初步研究

目的:探讨强迫障碍患者与正常对照者血浆催产素水平差异以及其与强迫症状严重程度的关系。方法:18～35岁强迫障碍患者30例(研究组)、正常对照36例(对照组)分别接受血浆催产素水平测量,研究组评定耶鲁布朗强迫量表。结果:非参数检验显示研究组血浆催产素水平高于正常对照组(233.650±84.92)pg/ml,(252.31±108.20)pg/ml,z=-0.799,P=0.631],但差异不具有统计学意义。而在强迫症患者中血浆催产素的数值与强迫严重程度呈正相关(r=0.360,P=0.003)。多元线性回归模型分析显示强迫症患者中,催产素水平是影响强迫严重程度的因素(校正R2=0.452,F=13.990,P=0.001)。结论:在强迫症患者中,血浆催产素水平可能是影响强迫症状严重程度的因素。

A preliminary study of the relationship between the oxytocin levels of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder and obsessive-compulsive symptoms severity

Objective:To explore the difference of the oxytocin Levels between patients with obsessive compulsive disorders(OCD) and normal controls,and the relationship between the oxytocin levels and obsessive-compulsive symptoms severity.Methods:30 cases of 18 to 35 years patients with obsessive compulsive disorder(study group) and 36 normal controls(control group) were tested respectively by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to evaluate the oxytocin levels,the Yale Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale was used to evaluate the symptoms severity of OCD in study group.Results:Mann-Whitney test showed there were no significantly differences in oxytocin level between study group and control group(233.650±84.92) pg/ml vs(252.31±108.20)pg/ml,z=-0.799,P=0.631)],the severity of OCD symptom was positive correlated to the value of oxytocin(r=0.360,P=0.003).Multiple liner regression analyses showed that the value of oxytocin is an impact factor of the severity of OCD(Adjusted R2=0.452,F=13.990,P=0.001).Conclusion:This study indicated that the plasma oxytocin level maybe a factor which influence the severity of OCD.
