从内分泌激素改变研究补肾中药对雷公藤小鼠生殖功能的干预作用

目的:从雷公藤小鼠生殖内分泌改变探讨中医肾主生殖理论的实验基础及补肾中药的干预作用。方法:通过雷公藤生殖减退模型生殖功能改变及内分泌激素变化,研究中医肾主生殖理论的物质基础,并用补肾中药干预反证。结果:雷公藤模型小鼠精子形态改变,与正常组比较畸形率增加,配对雌鼠怀孕率降低,睾丸脏器指数明显降低,尿17羟皮质醇(17-OHCS)、睾酮(T)降低,尿HCG升高,有显著差异,P<0.05;补肾中药肉苁蓉、熟地显示出积极的干预作用,尤其是肉苁蓉熟地联合应用组。结论:雷公藤模型T、E2、FSH、尿HCG等性激素指标的变化及补益肾阳药物肉苁蓉、补益肾阴药物熟地、阴阳双补联合应用肉苁蓉熟地治疗和肉苁蓉预防作用,提示中医"肾"蕴含下丘脑-垂体-性腺部分生殖内分泌的功能,补阳药物与补阴药物的联合应用在这组实验中显示出极大的优势,佐证肾阴肾阳均由肾精化生而来,阴阳互根互生,而先天之精-生殖之精是肾精的重要主成部分。

Study on the Intervention of Reproductive Function in GTW Induced Mice by Chinese Herbs with the Hormone Changes

Objective:To explore the experimental basis for the TCM theory of kidney controlling reproductive and the intervention of Chinese herbs With the reproductive endocrine changes in GTW induced mice.Method:With the mouse model of reproductive loss by GTW,the reproductive endocrine changes are detected.And with the treatment of herba cistanches and prepared rhizome of rehmannia,carry out the material basis of the TCM theory of kidney controlling reproductive.Result:GTW induced mice sperm morphological changes.Compared with normal group,there are significant differences in increasing malformation rate,reducing pregnancy rates of Females paired,lower testis organ index,Urinary 17-hydroxy cortisol(17-OHCS),testosterone(T)and higher urine HCG.Herba cistanches and prepared rhizome of rehmannia show a positive intervention especially in the combination group.Conclusion:With the changes of the reproductive endocrine such as T,E2,FSH,HCG and the intervention of herba cistanches and prepared rhizome of rehmannia,present that the function of kidney in TCM contains part of the reproductive endocrine function in the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal,combination with herb promoting kidney yang and nourishing kidney yin show great advantages,corroborate that kidney yin and kidney yang come from kidney essence,yin and yang have mutual action,and the innate essence of reproduction is an important part of the essence of kidney.
