灯盏花素联合氯沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察灯盏花素与氯沙坦联合治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法:将80例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组42例和对照组38例,两组均予常规治疗,氯沙坦口服每次100mg,每日1次,治疗组另予灯盏花素40mg,加入生理盐水250mL,静脉滴注共两个疗程。观察两组临床症状,尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER),尿B2-微球蛋白(B2-MG),纤维蛋白原(FIB),D-二聚体(D-D)指标变化。结果:治疗组总有效率76.2%,对照组总有效率44.2%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗后两组UAER,尿B2-MG均有所下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组FIB,D-D显著下降,与治疗前及对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:灯盏花素与氯沙坦联合治疗早期糖尿病肾病有明显疗效。
