| 摘 要： | 目的:为了探讨保肝复功水煎剂抗肝纤维化的作用机理。方法:通过四氯化碳致小鼠肝损伤模型,利用基因芯片技术研究TGFβ1、MMP1及TIMP1在肝组织中的表达情况。结果:保肝复功水煎剂干预性治疗使实验组大鼠肝组织MMP1表达上调,TIMP1、TGFβ表达下调。结论:保肝复功水煎剂在肝组织中具有明显使MMP1表达上调,TIMP1、TGFβ表达下调的作用,从而促进了胞外基质的降解,抑制发挥肝纤维化的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of Baogan Fugong decoction on TGF-β1,TIMP-1 and MMP1 expressions of CCl4-induced hepatic fibrosis in rats.Methods:Thirty rats were divided into two groups as follows:model control(MC) group,Baogan Fugong group,TGFβ1,TIMP1 and MMP1 expressions in rats with hepatic fibrosis induced by CCl4 were detected.Results:Baogan Fugong decoction made the experimental group rat liver tissue MMP-1 upregulate,TIMP1 and TGFβ down regulate.Conclusion:Baogan Fugong decoction protects rat liver from CCl4-induced hepatic fibrosis by inhibiting expressions of TIMP1 and TGFβ,upregulating expression of MMP1,thereby alleviate ECM. |
