| 摘 要： | 肺癌的微创治疗因创伤小,对病灶直接局部作用逐渐广泛应用,不同方法各具特色。配合中医药治疗,均具协同增效。支气管动脉灌注化疗配合中药研究较多,中药治疗方式或辨证或辨病,或术前或术后配合;认识到扶正的重要性。今后应扩大样本,随机对照研究不同微创疗法与中医药结合治疗的疗效差异。并深入研究结合疗法的切入点以提高疗效。
