| Abstract: | Taking the "toxic capsule" event as an example, the paper carries out public opinion monitoring and analyzing, summarizes the management enlightenments based on this event, discusses how and what public opinion analysis service should be provided by medical intelligence institution during facing the challenges brought by emergency issues, aiming to provide decision-making consultation for governments, improve medical intelligence work innovation and development. |
