| Abstract: | E-print archive is the platform of network database where the papers have been collected by author's self-archiving.It has opened access to the Internet users.The metadata of e-print has been provided to the value-adding servers based on Open Access Initiative.The development background,communication concept,main characteristics and de- velopment strategies of e -print archive are put forward in the paper. |
