| 摘 要： | 文献引证分析工作是医学信息分析评价工作的重要组成部分。根据文献引证分析业务工作现状提出规范化管理是提高服务质量、建设医学信息分析评价工作平台的重要基础。并根据文献引证分析业务的实际情况，从委托、受理、检索、撰写分析报告到文件归档5个关键环节探讨如何实现文献引证分析工作流程规范化。

| Abstract: | Literature citation analysis is one of the most important components of medical information analysis and evaluation work. The paper proves that standardized management,based on the working status,is the important fundamental to improve the service quality,and establish medical information analyzing and evaluating platform.After that the paper discusses how to realize the work flow standardization according to the actual situation of literature citation analysis business from five key links,namely commission,acceptance,retrieval,proposing a report and archiving. |
