| 摘 要： | 以大连医科大学图书馆为例，介绍转型中的高校图书馆及其服务现状，提出以学校定位为导向、构建校本特色现代图书馆的措施，阐明纸质文献和数字化资源建设原则，提高为读者服务的绩效，进而为学校教学质量的提高提供支撑。

| Abstract: | Taking Library of Dalian Medical University as an example, the paper introduces college and university libraries and their services during transformation stage, puts forward constructing modern libraries with school-based characteristics according to the orientation of college and university libraries. It elaborates the constructing principles of paper-based literatures and digital resources, improves the performance for reader services, so as to provide support for teaching quality improvement. |
