从肝气郁结证入手探讨脑络受损的可视性依据

"病络"是中医学一个重要病机,中医神经信息学研究方向之一是利用脑功能成像、神经电生理学等西医学研究方法对中医理论进行可视性依据的研究。脏腑功能失常使脑部络脉病变引起脑神功能改变,在机体未出现形质异常阶段可能是"病脑气络"阶段。中医神经信息学以肝气郁结证为切入点,为"病脑气络"病机找到了客观可视性的证据,为进一步探索疾病的早期干预和中西医结合治疗疾病提供了新的研究思路和方法。

Visual evidence of damaged brain collaterals based on syndrome of liver-qi stagnation

The "disease collaterals" are one of important pathological mechanisms in Chinese medicine.One of the research orients of TCM neuroinformatics is to study the visual evidence of TCM theory by using cerebral function imaging and nerve electrophysiology.The dysfunction of zang-fu organs can result in the disorders of brain collaterals and then induce the changes of cerebral nerves,but not the disorders of the body.This phase may be named as the phase of "disease brain qi-collaterals".TCM neuroinformatics has found the objective visual evidence for the pathogenesis of "disease brain qi-collaterals" based on the syndrome of liver-qi stagnation,which provides a new research thinking train and methods for the early interference and treatment of the diseases by the therapies integrated Chinese medicine and Western medicine.
