大豆卵磷脂辅助降血脂功能实验研究

目的研究大豆卵磷脂调节血脂的作用。方法将动物随机分为空白对照组、高脂模型对照组和大豆卵磷脂低、中、高三个剂量组，剂量组每天灌胃给予样品，并同时喂饲高脂饲料。于给样30d后。取血分别测定血清总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL-c）等指标。结果大豆卵磷脂三个剂量组的TC、TG水平均较高脂模型对照组降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。结论大豆卵磷脂具有调节血脂作用。

Effects of Soybean Lecithin on the Regulation of Serum Lipid

Objective To study the effect of soybean lecithin on the level of serum lipid. Methods Male SD rats were random divided into five groups:normal control, hyperlipidemia control, and three experimental groups feeding with soybean lecithin orally at a dose of 0.2 g/kg,0.4 g/kg,and 1.2 g/kg daily.Thirty days later,the levels of TC, TG and HDL-C in serum were measured. Results Compared with the hyperlipidemia control group,the levels of TC and TG in the three experimental groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05 to P<0.01). Conclusion Soybean lecithin can reduce the level of serum lipid.
