大豆卵磷脂辅助降血脂功能实验研究

摘    要:目的研究大豆卵磷脂调节血脂的作用。方法将动物随机分为空白对照组、高脂模型对照组和大豆卵磷脂低、中、高三个剂量组,剂量组每天灌胃给予样品,并同时喂饲高脂饲料。于给样30d后。取血分别测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-c)等指标。结果大豆卵磷脂三个剂量组的TC、TG水平均较高脂模型对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01或P〈0.05)。结论大豆卵磷脂具有调节血脂作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of soybean lecithin on the level of serum lipid. Methods Male SD rats were random divided into five groups:normal control, hyperlipidemia control, and three experimental groups feeding with soybean lecithin orally at a dose of 0.2 g/kg,0.4 g/kg,and 1.2 g/kg daily.Thirty days later,the levels of TC, TG and HDL-C in serum were measured. Results Compared with the hyperlipidemia control group,the levels of TC and TG in the three experimental groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05 to P<0.01). Conclusion Soybean lecithin can reduce the level of serum lipid.
