《内经》缪刺法诌议

缪刺法是《黄帝内经》记载的一种针刺方法,有专门篇章论述,主要用于疼痛的治疗,其临床疗效显著,然后世医家对此少有阐发,作为针灸专业的学生,也很难从针灸教材掌握其内涵。现结合笔者临床跟师心得,从缪刺法概念、病因病位、适应症、中医理论基础等方面进行论述,归纳总结《内经》缪刺法治疗疾病范畴,并列举了吾师符文彬教授临床应用＂缪刺＂法的治病奇验。

Discussion of Contra Lateral Collateral Needling in Huangdi Neijing

Contralateral collateral needling is recorded in Huangdi Neijing.There is special chapter to discuss this kind of needling.It is widely used in treating pain diseases and has good clinical effect.Doctors latter have not played enough attention to it,and we cannot learn it deeply from textbooks as a student major in acupuncture.As to that,the author will discuss this kind of needling from its concept,cause,indications,theory and so on by combining with the experience which learned from Pro.FU Wen-bin.Also,the author generalizes diseases treated by using contralateral collateral needling in Neijing and lists some clinical cases of Pro.FU Wen-bin which had good effect by using this kind of needling.
