| 摘 要： | 化疗是消化道肿瘤的重要治疗方法,但由于其存在的副作用使得中医药治疗尤其是健脾治疗显得尤为重要。文章就近年来的有关文献进行归类、分析,分别从临床及实验研究方面对健脾中药作用于消化道肿瘤及其化疗进行综述,并对其作用机制进行初步总结,以期更好的指导临床。

| Abstract: | Chemotherpy is an important treatment for gastrointestinal cancer.While traditional Chinese medicine treatment especially the spleen is very important because of the side effects of chemotherapt.This article classified and analysis the literature in recent years firstly,reviewed the role of invigorate the spleen in gastrointestinal cancer and chemotherapy from clinical and experimental research,and then summary its mechanism preliminary.At last,all of this is to guide clinic better. |
