基于“治未病”理论体系论脂肪肝临床诊疗思路

基于＂治未病＂理论体系源流、内容的研究,以脂肪肝发生发展的病因病机和临床特点为依据,探究脂肪肝临床诊疗思路和方法。提出应依照＂治未病＂基本内容未病先防、己病早治、既病防变、病愈防复四阶段辨证论治,治则各有侧重,注重危险因素、原发疾病、扶助正气等原则,将＂治未病＂理论贯穿脂肪肝治疗始终。

Clinical Diagnostic and Therapeutic Way for Fatty Liver on Theoretical Basis of Treatment before Occurrence of Disease

On the theoretical basis of teatment before the occurrence of disease and in accordance with the etiological pathogenesis and clinical manifestations, the clinical diagnostic and therapeutic way was explored for fatty liver.According to the discrepancies of the disease condition, four stages for syndrome differentiation were proposed as： putting prevention first, getting to treatment in time, preventing the aggravation, and preventing from falling into disease.The therapeutic principles should be emphasized individually due to the risk factors, primary disease and strengthening the body resistance.The idea of treatment before the occurrence of disease is recommended through the whole process of clinical practice for fatty liver.
