骨科卧床患者应用防褥疮气垫配合翻身的护理分析

目的：探讨防褥疮气垫配合翻身在骨科卧床患者中的护理效果。方法：随机将本院收治的骨科卧床患者分为观察组50例和对照组50例，对照组不使用气垫床，观察组使用防褥疮气垫，比较两组骨科患者的翻身时效积分和应用效果。结果：观察组患者翻身时效积分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组患者翻身间隔时间明显短于对照组，观察组的皮肤潮湿感、皮肤灼热感、皮肤发红及压疮发生例数均为0，明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：对骨科卧床患者应用防褥疮气垫床配合翻身、按摩有良好的疗效，对减少病人痛苦和经济负担、减轻护士劳动强度，都具有极其重要的意义，值得临床大力推广。

Orthopedics Ambulatory Patients with Anti-Bedsore Cushion with the Emancipation of the Nursing Analysis

Objective ： With the emancipation of anti-bedsore cushion bedridden patients in orthopedic care effect. Methods： Random admitted to my hospital bed orthopedic patients were divided into observation group of 50 cases and the control group of 50 patients in the control group does not use air-cushion beds, the use of anti-bedsore cushion the observation group were compared in patients with orthopedic limitations emancipation points and application results. Results： Observe the patients stand up aging points lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Turn around time between the observationgroup was significantly shorter in patients in the control group, the observation group skin teeIing moist, skin burning sensation, skin redness and the number of cases of pressure sores occur are O, significantly less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Orthopedic bed for patients with anti-bedsore Air Bed with the stand up, massage has a good effect. To reduce suffering and economic burden on patients to reduce nursing labor intensity, are of great importance, worthy to be vigorously promoted.
