| 摘 要： | 升丹是中医外科常用的提脓祛腐的主药,临床应用疗效确切。但其毒性也是公认的。文章针对升丹制剂的制备、成分、药理、毒理研究以及临床应用等方面进行了综述,并对该药的应用前景进行了分析,提出了存在的问题,并对该药的安全应用前景进行了展望。

| Abstract: | Shengdan is the one of the main drugs for drawing out pus and dispelling putridity in the surgical clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine with clear effects.But its toxicity is also accepted.Therefore,the review focuses on the preparation,composition,pharmacology and toxicities as well as the clinical application in order to propose the prospect of Shengdan drug based on the analysis of its clinical safety application. |
