超声提取白芍中芍药苷工艺研究

摘    要:采用超声波辅助技术提高白芍中芍药苷的提取率。在单因素实验基础上采用L9(34)正交试验设计,考察了料液比、超声温度、超声时间、溶剂浓度、超声功率对芍药苷提取得率的影响,以确定最佳提取工艺参数条件。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为料液比为1:15(g/mL),超声温度为60℃,超声时间为20min,乙醇浓度为60%,超声功率为75W,在该提取工艺条件下芍药苷提取率为0.296%。

Study on Ultrasonic Extraction Technology of Paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Alba

Abstract:This experiment adopted ultrasonic-assisted technology to improve extraction rate of Paeoniflorin from Radix Paeoniae Alba.On the basis of the single factor test,in order to obtain the optional technology conditions of extraction rate of paenoniflorin,L9(34)orthogonal experimental design was done and analyzed on ratio of raw materials and solution,ultrasound temperature,ultrasound time,solvent concentration and ultrasound power.The results showed the optional extraction technology conditions were as follows:ratio of raw materials and solution was 1:15(g/mL),ultrasound temperature was 60℃,ultrasound time was 20min,solvent concentration was 60% and ultrasound power was 75W.The extraction rate of paeoniflorin form radix paeoniae alba was 0.296% under the optional extraction technology condtions.
