尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂及其受体在肺癌组织中的表达

目的　检测尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂(uPA)及其受体(uPAR)在肺癌组织中的表达,并比较两者在侵袭转移性和非侵袭转移性肺癌组织中表达的差异。方法　采用ABC法检测uPA和uPAR在39例肺癌组织中的表达,用McCarthy方法进行半定量分析。结果　uPA和uPAR主要在肺癌组织中表达,且uPA和uPAR在侵袭转移性肺癌组织中的表达显著高于非侵袭转移性肺癌组织(P<0.05)。结论　uPA和uPAR的表达可能与肿瘤侵袭转移特性有关

Expression of uPA and Its Receptor in Human Lung Carcinoma Tissues

To detect the expression of uPA and uPAR in human lung carcinoma tissues and compare the difference between the invasive or metastatic carcinoma and the non invasive and non metastatic ones. Me- thods The ABC immunohistochemical method was used to detect uPA and uPAR expression in 39 cases of lung carcinoma and a semiquantitative analysis of the expression of uPA and uPAR was conducted with a method as described by McCarthy,et al,which incorporates in the analysis of both the intensity and the precen tage of the distribution of specific staining. Results uPA and uPAR are mainly found in cancer cells,with the relatively high levels of uPA and its receptor in the invasive or metastatic cases. Conclusions Our result indicates a role of uPA and its receptor in the invasion and metastasis of human lung carcinoma.
