| 摘 要： | 结合博客自身的特点分析了博客与教育结缘是一种必然。同时，阐述了博客在教育领域的典型功能，强调说明教师博客对教师成长的深远影响，即不仅使他们养成了思考和反思的习惯，而且，在很大程度上变革了他们的学习方式、工作习惯，甚至改变了他们的生活。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the inevitability of the connection of blog with education,lists its typical functions in education,and emphasizes its profound influence on teachers' growth,which not only cultivates their habit of thinking and reflection,but only changes their study pattern and working habit to a great extent and even changes their life. |
