| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨建立皮下注射d 半乳糖大鼠白内障模型的方法。方法 3w龄Wistar大鼠 5 0只 ,随机分为 3组 :正常对照组 (n =10 )、皮下注射半乳糖组 (n =2 0 )及腹腔注射半乳糖组 (n =2 0 ) ,实验组均注射 5 0 %d -半乳糖(15g·kg-1·d-1) ,连续 30d。用裂隙灯检查并进行晶体摄影。结果 30d后 ,实验组动物均形成核性或核性以上的白内障 ,但皮下注射组动物的存活率为 90 % ,而腹腔注射组存活率仅为 6 0 %。结论 皮下注射d 半乳糖是一种简单、经济而死亡率低的白内障模型复制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the model of d-galactose cataract in rat.Methods 50 wistar rats of 3-week-old were divided randomly into three groups including the control group(n=10), the two groups injected percutaneously(n=20) and intraperitoneally(n=20)with 50% d-galactose(15g/kg/d) for 30 days.Results A slit lamp examination of the lens showed that mature cataract development was achieved in all the rats injected with galactose for 30 days; the surviving rate in the group injected percutaneously was 90%, while the surviving rate in the group injected intraperitoneally was 60%.Conclusion The model of cataract by injecting d-galactose percutaneously in rat is simple, economic and lower in death rate. |
