液基细胞学联合人乳头瘤病毒检查在妊娠期宫颈病变筛查中的作用

目的探讨液基细胞学（TCT）联合人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）检查在妊娠期宫颈病变筛查中的价值。方法选择在我院行产前检查的妊娠期妇女500例,采用TCT联合HPV检查的方法进行宫颈病变筛查,以宫颈组织病理学检查结果作为确诊的金标准。结果 500例受检妊娠期妇女中,高危HPV阳性检出率为28.00%,TCT阳性检出率8.40%,HPV与TCT同时阳性和阴道镜活检病理结果阳性符合率89.29%。结论产前检查是进行宫颈病变筛查的良好时机,TCT联合HPV检查与阴道镜活检病理结果阳性符合率高,用于妊娠期宫颈病变筛查是必要、安全和有效的。

The effect of joining thinprep cytologic test with HPV test in screening of cervical lesions during pregnancy
