邯郸地区2009-2011年重型手足口病的临床特征和流行病学分析

目的研究2009-2011年邯郸地区重型手足口病的临床特点及流行病学特征。方法将邯郸市妇幼保健院儿科收治的共228例重型手足口病患者作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。收集患者临床和一般实验室资料,结合临床经验和既往文献知识,对其部分指标进行比较,以探讨重型手足口病的临床特征和流行病学特征。结果重型患者多合并中枢神经系统损害,EV71肠道病毒是重型患者和死亡患者的最主要病原体,对于年龄<3岁、发热、皮疹稀疏和高血糖、高血压的EV71型手足口病患者应警惕向重型发展。该病的流行季节为春末夏初时节,好发于5岁以下婴幼儿且男孩发病率通常高于女孩。结论通过以上对重型手足口病的流行病学进行总结分析,可清楚地认识重型手足口病的临床流行特征,对该病的诊断、治疗以及疫情监测等起到一定借鉴作用。

Analysis on the clinical features and epidemiologic characters of severe hand, foot and mouth disease in handan district during 2009-2011

Objective To research the clinical features and epidemiologic characters of severe hand,foot and mouth disease in Handan district during 2009 to 2011.Method Selecting 228 severe hands,foot and mouth disease cases which had been treated in department of pediatrics in Handan maternal and children hospital as objects and their clinical data carried out retrospective analysis.Collecting their clinical and laboratory data and combining with the clinical experiences and literature,contrasting part of indexes and exploring the clinical features and epidemiologic characters of severe hand,foot and mouth disease.Results Severe patients often merge with central nervous system damage.EV71 enterovirus was the main pathogens of severe patients and fatality patients.The children who were under 3 years old with fever,sparse rash,high blood glucose and high blood pressure should be alerted against possible severe developing.Epidemic season of the disease was in late spring and early summer.Children under 5 were more likely to be infected,boys were more than girls.Conclusions By the investigation,we clear understanded the clinical features of severe hands,foot and mouth disease,it played important effect on diagnose,treatment and monitoring the disease.
