| 摘 要： | 根管治疗是口腔医学专业本科生临床教学中的难点之一。其主要问题有:①实习医生完成根管治疗所需要的疗程长,就诊次数多,每次就诊治疗操作时间长。②根管治疗术中、术后并发症发生率高。分析出现问题的原因主要有:①根管治疗操作技术复杂;②根管系统解剖结构复杂;③实习医生临床接诊技巧及操作技术不熟练;④诊疗器械无限次使用或使用不当。针对上述问题,通过不断地分析和总结,我们提出了相应的解决方法,并通过1年生产实习不断地加以总结与完善,较好地完成了根管治疗的临床教学工作。

| Abstract: | For undergraduates,it is root canal therapy that may be one of the most difficult parts in clinical teaching of operative dentistry and endodontics.The main problems occurred during clinical practices and the causes been responsible for the problems are analyzed.The sensible ways to solve these problems are also been recommended.The clinical teaching is well done through the improvement in teaching methods. |
