| 摘 要： | 作者测定了39例急性心肌梗塞病人血清铁含量,结果显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。其动态基本上与LDH、CK、GOT同时发生改变,而与Hb含量无关。结果提示,血清铁含量的下降和系列动态观察可以作为诊断急性心肌梗塞的一项辅助指标。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the value of serum iron in 39 cases of acute myocardial infarction. Its value is significantly lower than that in normal control group (p<0.0l). Its dynamic change occurs simultaneously with that of LDH, CK, and GOT, but is not in correlation with that of Hb, indicating that iron itself takes part in the patho-physiological process of acute myocardial infarction, and the lowering and sequential dynamic changing of serum iron concentration may be considered as an accessary diagnostic test for acute myocardial infarction |
