| 摘 要： | 目的:研究前列腺增生(BPH)术后病理组织学类型和性功能的关系。方法:回顾性研究从2003年1月至2003年11月已行不同手术式前列腺增生手术治疗的患者67例,主要以病历资料和勃起功能国际问卷5(IIEF5)评价患者手术前后性功能的变化。结果:BPH合并前列腺腺炎41例,其中5例术后IIEF5评价分增加,并且1例前列腺局部呈急性化脓性炎症的患者,术前重度勃起功能障碍(ED),术后恢复正常(>21分)。合并前列腺上皮内瘤10例,术后4例发生ED。16例BPH患者的性功能并无明显改变。结论:前列腺增生症术后病理组织学与性功能关系很明确。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the relation of histopathology of benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) and the sexual function. Methods: The prostatic histopathology of 67 BPH cases from Jan 2003 to Nov 2003 as well as the changes of sexual function was studied retrospectively before and after the BPH. The clinic information and the IIEF-5 score were used in this study. Results: 41 cases had been proved prostatitis, and the IIEF-5 score of 5 prostatitis cases had increased. One case with the histopathology of acute prostatitis had severe erection dysfunction(ED), and the sexual function of which was recovered after BPH surgery. Among 10 cases of PIN, 4 cases had ED after BPH surgery. 16 cases showed no different changes of sexual function. Conclusion: The relationship between sexual function and histopathology is very clear on BPH patient after BPH surgery. |
