食管癌患者术后并发心律失常的危险因素分析

目的:探讨食管癌患者术后心律失常的危险因素.方法:回顾性研究我院2008-2010年3年间食管癌患者的信息资料,收集相关统计信息,包括心律失常等影响因素的发生率,同时对调查表收集的资料进行单因素分析及多因素Logistic回归分析,探讨食管癌患者术后发生心律失常的危险因素.结果:Logistic回归分析结果显示,以下因素经分析与食管癌术后心律失常的危险因素存在相关关系,按相关性大小依次为手术方式、合并其他并发症的发生、体重指数、发生部位、手术时间、年龄及失血量.结论:手术方式、合并其他并发症的发生、体重指数、发生部位、手术时间、年龄及失血量影响食管癌术后心律失常发生的危险因素,提高对上述危险因素的认识有利于食管癌术后并发心律失常的早期的诊断及后期的治疗.

Risk Factors of Postoperative Arrhythmia in Esophageal Carcinoma

Objective: To find the risk factors of postoperative arrhythmia in the patients underwent curative surgery for esophageal carcinoma.Methods: Two hundred and sixteen patients during 2008-2011 were enrolled in this study.The clinical features were compared between the patients with postoperative arrhythmia and the patients without arrhythmia.Results: The incidence of postoperative arrhythmia was 22.7%(49/216).The risk factors of arrhythmia sorted by logistic analysis from high to low were surgical approach,other complications,BMI index,location of esophageal cancer,operative time,age,and blood loss during operation.Conclusion: Surgical approach,other complications,BMI index,etc.,were risk factors for postoperative arrhythmia in the patients underwent curative surgery,and these patients should be paid enough attention to.
