亚健康状态分型与中医体质类型相关性的对应分析

目的 探寻亚健康状态分型与中医体质类型之间的具体对应关系,为阻断亚健康状态向疾病转变提供干预思路.方法 采用<个体身心健康调查量表>对来自华东、华北、华南9家合作单位的体检人员进行健康状态及中医体质类型的辨识,采用SPSS 13.0统计软件的对应分析方法,对2 748例亚健康状态人群进行亚健康分型、分类与中医体质类型之间的相关性研究.结果 对应分析显示,亚健康状态三分型(躯体亚健康、心理亚健康、社会适应亚健康)、七分类(疲劳、失眠、焦虑、疼痛、健忘、抑郁、便秘)与中医体质类型(平和质、气虚质、阳虚质、阴虚质、瘀血质、痰湿质、湿热质、气郁质、特禀质)之间存在较强相关性(2三分型＝128.66,P三分型<0.01;2七分类＝146.64,P七分类<0.01),其因子载荷分布情况良好.亚健康状态三分型中,躯体亚健康与阳虚质、阴虚质对应,心理亚健康与气虚质、瘀血质对应,社会适应亚健康与平和质对应.亚健康状态七分类中,疲劳亚健康与气虚质、痰湿质对应;失眠亚健康与阳虚质对应;焦虑亚健康与气郁质对应;健忘亚健康与平和质、特禀质对应;抑郁亚健康与气郁质对应;便秘亚健康与阴虚质对应.结论 亚健康状态的不同分型与中医体质类型之间有一定的具体对应关系.根据其具体对应关系进行针对性干预,可以作为阻断亚健康状态向疾病转变的预防思路之一.

The correspondence analysis of the relationship between sub-health condition typing and constitutions of TCM

Objective To investigate the correlation between sub-health condition typing and constitutions of TCM,providing interception to the transition from sub-health condition to disease. Methods Physical examinations according to individual psychosomatic healthy investigative scale(IPHIS) were carried out on subjects in 9 hospitals in Guangzhou,Chengdu,Shanghai and Beijing.The data were analyzed with SPSS 13.0 software. Results According to correspondence analysis,the sub-health condition was constructed with three types: somatic,psychology and social accommodation sub-health;and seven symptoms: fatigue,insomnia,anxiety,pain,amnesia,depression and constipation;and nine constitutions of TCM: moderate quality,qi deficiency,yang deficiency,yin deficiency,blood stasis,phlegm damp,damp heat,qi stagnancy and specific intrinsic qualities.There were significant correlations revealed between the typing and the symptoms or TCM constitutions(P<0.01). Conclusion The sub-health condition types are correlated with constitutions of TCM,therefore,specific interception should be taken to people in specific type of sub-health condition according to their TCM constitution.
