复方丹参对家兔肾缺血-再灌注损伤的影响

摘    要:目的探讨复方丹参药物对肾缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法取健康大耳自家兔共34只,随机分成A、B两组,分别夹闭右肾动脉缺血20min(A组)及30min(B组)后开放,产生再灌注损伤。在开放后30min、60min、90min、120min分别取血测定血清丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量。A、B两组均设实验组及对照组。实验组给予复方丹参液,对照组给予5%葡萄糖液。结果当缺血时间为20min时,实验组与对照组比较未出现统计学意义(P〉0.05),缺血时间为30min时,实验组血清MDA含量明显低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论预防性应用复方丹参药物对肾缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the protective effect of compound salvia injection on renal ischemia-reperfusion injury in rabbits. Methods Thirty-four rabbits were randomly and evenly divided into A and B groups. Isehemia-reperfusion injury was induced by clamping the right renal artery for 20min ( A group) and 30min ( B group) and then it was declamped. Malondialdehyde concentration of serum was detected at 30 min, 60 min, 90 min and 120min after the declamping respectively. A group and B group was subdivided into control group and experimental group, respectively. The rabbits in experimental group were treated with compound salvia injection, and others in control group, 5% glucose injection. Results Compared with MDA in the control group of A group, that in the experimental group of A group showed no significant difference (p 〉 0.05). Otherwise, compared with MDA in the control group of B group, that in the experimental group of B group showed significant difference (p 〈 0.05). Conclusion Preventive treatment with compound salvia injection had the protective effect in renal ischemia-reperfusion in rabbits.
