| 摘 要： | 目的观察心脏手术病人骶尾部使用3L手术粘贴巾预防褥疮的效果。方法将200例患者随机分观察组和对照组各100例,观察组采用3L手术粘贴巾,对照组采用普通床单。结果观察组术后无褥疮发生,对照组术后24小时发生褥疮Ⅰ°10例占10%,术后发展成褥疮Ⅱ°4例占4%,两组术后褥疮总发生率有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论 3L手术粘贴巾对预防心脏手术患儿骶尾部褥疮效果显著,值得在临床推广使用

| Abstract: | Objective This study aims to evaluate the effect of 3L adhesive membrane on preventing sacral pressure sores in children after cardiac surgery.Methods 200 children after cardiac surgery were randomly assigned into two groups: the observation group(n=100) and the control group(n=100).3L adhesive membrane was used for the patients in the observation group and common sheet for the patients in the control group.Results No sacral pressure sores occurred in the patients of the observation group.Ten patients(10%) ... |
