神经元特异性烯醇化酶在新生儿高胆红素血症的临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察高胆红素血症新生患儿治疗前、后血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的变化,探讨其临床意义.方法:选择高胆红素血症新生患儿190例,观察组按总胆红素(TSB)分轻、中、重度3组,正常新生儿60例作为对照组,检测治疗前、后血清NSE和TSB.结果:治疗前,观察组血清NSE水平高于对照组(10.2±2.8)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义P<0.05).治疗后,观察组NSE下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05):轻度组治疗后(11.0±4.5) ng/ml低于治疗前(19.9±4.1)ng/ml;中度组治疗后(10.8±4.8)ng/ml低于治疗前(29.1±6.2)ng/ml;重度组治疗后(14.9±6.8)ng/ml低于治疗前(37.5±7.6)ng/ml.结论:血清NSE是判断新生儿高胆红素血症严重程度和转归的生物学指标.

Abstract:Objective: To observe the changes of neuron-specific enolase (NSE) in patients with neonatal hyperbilirubinemia before and after treatment and to explore their clinical significance. Methods: In observation group, 190 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia were divided into light, medium or severe 3 groups based on total serum bilirubin (TSB). Meanwhile, 60 normal neonates were obtained as control. The level of serum NSE and TSB were separately detected before and after treatment. Results: Results: Before treatment, the serum NSE level of observation group was higher than that of the control group (10.2±2.8)ng/ml, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0. 05). After treatment, the observation group NSE decreased, compared with that before treatment, there was a statistically significant difference(P〈0. 05); mild group after treatment (11.0±4.5)ng/ml, lower than that before treatment (19.9±4.1)ng/ml; moderate group after treatment (10.8±4.8)ng/ml, lower than that before treatment (29.1±6.2)ng/ml; severe group after treatment (14.9±6.8)ng/ml, lower than that before treatment (37.5±7.6)ng/ml. Conclusion: Serum NSE could be used to judge the severity and prognosis of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia biological index.
