| 摘 要： | 目的：观察采用利巴韦林注射液与喜炎平注射液联合治疗手足口病的疗效。方法：选取145例手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用利巴韦林注射液与喜炎平注射液联合治疗，对照组只采用利巴韦林进行对症治疗；两组患儿均持续给药7 d后观察治疗效果。结果：治疗组无论在退热时间，还是在对并发症的防治方面均优于对照组(P＜0.05...
