电针曲池、足三里穴对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠神经功能缺损的影响

摘    要:目的:研究电针曲池、足三里穴对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠神经功能缺损的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠随机分为5组:正常组、假手术组、模型组、电针非经穴组和电针经穴组,各组再随机分成1d.3d、7d三个时间点。采用改良线栓法制备大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)再灌注模型,应用Zea—Longa的4分制评分法观察各组大鼠在各时间点神经功能缺损评分的变化。结果:随着缺血再灌注时间的延长,模型组大鼠神经功能缺损有不同程度的自愈趋势;电针经穴组可明显降低脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠神经功能缺损评分,与电针非经穴组和模型组在3d、7d时间点比较均有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论:电针曲池、足三里穴对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠神经功能缺损具有相对特异性的调节作用。

Influence of Electroacupuncture at Quchi and Zusanli on Neurologic Deficit Impairment in Rats with Cerebral Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury

Abstract:Objective: To study the influence of electroacupuncture at Quchi( LI 11 ) and Zusanh( ST 36 ) on the neurologic deficit impairment in rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods: The model of reversible middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) -reperfusion was established by improved suture method in Wistar rats. These rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal group, sham group, model group, electroacupuncture acupoints group and electroacupuncture non-acupoints group. Furthermore, every group was randomly subdivided into 3 time points 1 day, 3 days and 7 days after reperfusion. We ob- served the neural deficit score at 1-day, 3-day and 7-day ischemia-reperfusion points by Zea-Longa method. Results: The neurologic deficit impairment in model group could heal spontaneously in varying degrees with increasing isehemia reperfusion time. The score of neurologic deficit impairment was reduced at 3-day and 7-day ischemia-reperfusion points more signigicantly in electroacu- puncture acupoints group than in electreacupuncture non-acupoints group and model group( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Electroacu- puncture at acupoints Quchi( LI 11 ) and Zusanli( ST 36 ) can specifically relieve neurologic deficit impairment in cerebral ischemi- a-reperfusion injury rats.
