| 摘 要： | 本文对30例正常人和28例重症肌无力患者作了免疫球蛋白、补体成份和T淋巴细胞功能分析。结果:IgG和C_3高于正常对照组(P<0.005和P<0.02),LBT则下降(P<0.001),经强肌健力胶囊治疗以后,IgG和C_3水平降低(P<0.005和P<0.02),LBT则上升(P<0.001)。表明该药有很好的双向免疫调节作用。

| Abstract: | The change of immunoglobulin, complement component and lymphocyte transformation rate of 30 normal controls and 28 cases with myasthenia gravis (MG) were analysed. The results showed that IgG and C_3 of MG were higher than those of normal controls (P<0.005 and P<0.02) and lymphocyte transformation rate was lower (P<0.001). After the treatment with Qiang Ji Jian Li Capsule (QJJLC),IgG and C_3 were lower (P<0.005 and P<0.02)and LBT highter (P<0.01). It is suggested that QJJLC has a good dual-directional immunoregulation. |
