头孢他啶联合沐舒坦治疗小儿肺炎的临床评价

目的：探讨头孢他啶联合沐舒坦治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法：将80例符合肺炎诊断标准的患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。所有患儿在给予对症支持治疗的基础上,对照组使用头孢他啶40mg/kg,加入10%葡萄糖注射液100ml静脉滴注,2次/d（12h/次）;观察组在静脉滴注头孢他啶的同时加用沐舒坦,〈2岁7.5mg/次,2次/d,2~6岁7.5mg/次,3次/d（8h/次）,≥7岁15mg/次,2次/d。缓慢静滴,两组疗程均为7d。结果：观察组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为77.5%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组在症状体征消失时间、实验室指标恢复正常时间及住院天数较对照组明显缩短（P〈0.05）。结论：头孢他啶联合沐舒坦治疗小儿肺炎临床疗效良好,值得临床推广。

The Clinical Curative Effect of Ceftazidime Combined with Mucosolvin for Infantile Pneumonia

Objective： To investigate the clinical curative effect of ceftazidime compared with mucosolvin for infantile pneumonia. Method： 80 children dignosed as pneumonia were divided into two groups ： observation group and control group. Based on the normal threapies, children in the control group were cured with ceftazidime 40 mg/kg twice a day and children in the observation group were cured with ceftazidime and mucosolvin at the same time. Result： The effective rate of observation group was 90% and that in control group was 77.5%. There were significant differences of the symptomolytic time, extinction time of wheezing sound over lung, recovery time of main laboratory indexes, and hospital day between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Therapeutic regimen that ceftazidime compared with mucosolvin for infantile pneumonia has a good clinical curative effect.
