| 摘 要： | 基于LibQUAL模型体系，结合医学高校图书馆的服务特征，设计3维共26个指标的九级分数量表，并对安徽医科大学图书馆的用户开展问卷调查，通过分析调查结果，提出改进医学高校图书馆服务质量的建议及措施。

| Abstract: | A 3-dimensional scale with 9 fractions and 26 indicators was designed based on the LibQUAL model system combined with the service characteristics of medical academic libraries. The users of Anhui Medical University Library were investigated with questionnaire and analyzed. Suggestions or measures were put forward for improving the service level in medical academic libraries. |
