| 摘 要： | 引文分析法是通过提取文献间的引用关系，并描述和分析文献集的引用结构和引用现象的一种方法，现已成为文献计量学领域中最为重要的研究方法之一；内容分析法则是一种在确定研究单元后对文献中的内容特征的性质和规律进行分析与描述的方法。引文分析法难以全面地描述该文献集合，但便于发现文献集合中的特征值；内容分析法的步骤较为繁琐，受人为因素影响较大。在处理引用频次较少的文献集合时，内容分析法相比于引文分析法更为系统和全面。

| Abstract: | Citation analysis is a method to describe and analyze the citation structure and the Citation phenomena of literature set by extracting the citation relationship between literatures and has thus become one of the important study methods in bibliometrics while content analysis is a method to analyze and describe the characteristics and laws of contents in literatures after the study unit was determined. It is difficult for citation analysis to comprehensively describe the literature set, but is easy to discover the characteristic value in literature set while the steps of content analysis are tedious and greatly affected by human factors. However, it is more systematic and comprehensive to deal with the literature set with a lower frequency of citation by content analysis than by citation analysis. |
