CMCC数据库收录儿童健康教育论文的计量分析

目的:通过分析1994-2010年CMCC数据库儿童健康教育论文,了解我国卫生领域儿童健康教育科研状况,探索儿童健康教育的新方法。方法:利用数据库组配功能和附加限定功能、Excel软件、人工阅读等对儿童健康教育论文数量、作者分布、关键词及基金、期刊等分布情况进行文献计量分析。结果:CMCC数据库收录儿童健康教育论文1015篇,作者合著率65.62%,合作度2.66,广东省的作者发表的论文最多,关键词词频最高的病种是哮喘,涉及各类基金47项,《中国健康教育》杂志发表相关论文最多。结论:儿童健康教育论文数总体呈上升趋势,但研究有待加强。研究内容集中在疾病防治和儿童保健方面,医疗保健机构是儿童健康教育的核心部门,希望今后能在教育方法上有所创新。

Papers on health education of children covered in CMCC: A bibliometric analysis

Objective To understand the situation in health education of children in China and study its new methods by analyzing the papers on health education of children covered in CMCC from 1994 to 2010. Methods Papers on health education of children and distribution of their authors, key words, funds, and publishing journals were analyzed by bibliometrics using the synthetic and added limiting functions of databases, Excel, and reading. Results A total of 1015 papers on health education of children were covered in CMCC, with a coauthor rate of 65.62% and a cooperation degree of 2.66. The number of papers published by Guangdong Province was the highest. Asthma was found to be the most used key word for different kinds of disease. Forty-seven papers were supported by different kinds of fund. The greatest number of related papers was published inChina Health Education. Conclusion Papers on health education of children in China tend to increase., but the research on health education of children needs to be strengthened. The research is focused on disease prevention and control and health care of children. Medical and health institutions are the core organizations for health education of children.
