| 摘 要： | 概述了我国医院图书馆开展学科馆员制度的现状,阐述了医院图书馆学科馆员制度建立的必要性,提出了建立医务人员信息个性化服务系统、开展个性化的深层次文献服务、充分发挥学科馆员在建设适应读者个性化需求的馆藏文献资源中的作用、为医务人员提供信息检索技能指导和培训等学科馆员开展个性化服务的几项措施.
