| 摘 要： | 【】 通过对近三年某高校图书馆(以下简称某馆)外文期刊招标采购报价信息的统计分析,就标段分配及招标期限讨论了外刊采购过程中图书馆争取优质服务和利益最大化的策略。作者通过统计分析发现：外文原版期刊采购以一刊一标方式更趋合理,客观上也更有利于培育市场竞争；为节约运行成本并提高工作效率,可将合同期限定为2-3年。

| Abstract: | After an analysis of the quoted price information on foreign journals the Library of Third Military Medical University purchased by competitive bidding in 2012-2014, the strategies for library to strive for excellent serviceand benefit maximization in acquisition of foreign journals were studied according to the bidding allocation and time, which can be summarized as following: it is more rational and beneficial for market competition to purchase one foreign journal by one bidding, and a contract time of 2-3 years can reduce its operation cost and improve its efficiency. |
