我国医院网站医疗信息服务综合评价模型的构建及其实证研究

目的:用专家评分法构建我国医院网站医疗信息服务综合评价指标体系,用综合评分法构建综合评价模型.方法:采用专家咨询法给评价模型的指标和权重打分,采用加权秩和比法及加权Topsis法对医院网站进行综合评价.结果:构建了一套涵盖网站信息服务功能和信息服务质量评价的指标体系,确定了各级评价指标的权重系数,构建了综合评分评价模型.结论:本研究构建的综合评分评价模型有较好的科学性和可行性,可用于综合评价我国医院网站的医疗信息服务.

Construction of integrated medical information service assessment model on hospital Websites in China and its empirical study

Objective To construct the integrated medical information service assessment index system and the integrated medical information service assessment model on hospital Websites in China with the expert scoring method and the overall scoring method,respectively.Methods The model index and weight were scored using the expert consultation method and the hospital Websites were assessed by the weighted rank test and weighted Topsis test,respectively.Results The integrated medical information service assessment index system covering information service function and quality on hospital Websites was constructed and the weighted coefficient of different assessment indexes was determined.The integrated medical information service assessment model was also constructed.Conclusion The integrated scoring and assessment model we constructed is scientific with a good practicability,and can thus be used in integrative assessment of medical information service provided on hospital Websites in China.
