| 摘 要： | 分析了医院图书馆重点学科文献信息资源建设中纸本资源、电子资源和外文资源购置存在的问题,提出了搞好文献需求调研、加强网络信息资源采集、做好文献信息资源共建共享、培养较强信息检索服务能力的图书馆员等对策。

| Abstract: | Based on an analysis of the problems in the acquisition of printed literature,electronic resources,and foreign journals and books in development of key discipline literature resources in hospital libraries the author proposes some countermeasures for resolving the problems.The countermeasures are carrying out investigation into readers' literature needs,enhancing the acquisition of networked information resources,bringing about literature resources sharing and improving the information retrieval ability of librarians. |
