| 摘 要： | 针对海南省疾病预防控制中心图书馆专业人员少、经费不足以及交流培训机会少的现状，提出了采取团队协作模式，建立沟通反馈机制，把握科研项目课题的重要动态信息，加强重点学科、特色数据库和资源共享建设，建立馆员工作技能绩效考核机制5个方面的建设实践和思路，探索了小型图书馆主动服务、专业服务、参与服务、创新服务的新服务模式。
