| Abstract: | This article briefly introduced the outline of continuing education policies in foreign countries,analyzed the current status of librarians' continuing education in China,and put forward that libraries should mobilize the enthusiasm of librarians to take part in continuing education by setting up and improving various impelling mechanisms. |
